How do I return?
To start a return please contact us via email (hello@canvasitycrafts.com), chat, or our contact form. In some cases we may be able to refund you without the need to return. If a return is required, please ensure the product is safely packaged and in its original condition, and returned to us via a tracked postage method.

What happens when I return? 
We will assess the item to ensure it is in its original condition. Refunds are processed within 1 business day of receiving a return. It make take 3 - 10 days for your bank to process the refund into your account following this - this depends on your bank.

Are there any return charges?
