If you are not satisfied with your order you can return it to us for a refund within 30 days after the delivery date.

Damages & loss of package in transit. Change of mind (except where products have been personalised for you).

Return postage costs for change of mind; please note you will need to provide return postage at your cost unless the item is damaged or lost.

Customised or personalised items are excluded and cannot be returned or refunded (unless damaged or lost in transit)

How do I return?
To start a return please contact us via email (hello@canvasitycrafts.com), chat, or our contact form. In some cases we may be able to refund you without the need to return. If a return is required, please ensure the product is safely packaged and in its original condition, and returned to us via a tracked postage method.

What happens when I return? 
We will assess the item to ensure it is in its original condition. Refunds are processed within 1 business day of receiving a return. It make take 3 - 10 days for your bank to process the refund into your account following this - this depends on your bank.

Are there any return charges?
The buyer must pay for the return postage.
There are no other charges (e.g. no restocking fee)
