Canvasity Crafts Return & Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Return Window:
You can return your item for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Please note, this doesn’t apply to customised or personalised items unless they’re damaged or lost in transit.
2. Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Return Condition:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
4. Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Start a Return:
To initiate a return, drop us an email at hello@canvasitycrafts.com. We’ll guide you through the process.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
We can’t accept returns on gift cards or custom products.
7. Exchanges:
If you want to exchange an item, return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one.
8. EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If you’re in the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. This doesn’t apply to customised items.
9. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund within one business day, and initiate that refund at the same time. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (this depends on your bank).
10. Processing Time:
From notifying of your intended return to receiving a refund will depend on your chosen method of returning the item. The total processing time could be from 3 - 20 days based on this and the speed your bank processes the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@canvasitycrafts.com.
