1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free global shipping on all orders! Whether you're in the bustling streets of New York or the serene countryside of France, your colorful animal wall art will be delivered right to your doorstep without any extra cost.

2. What kind of paper do you use for your prints?

We use premium matte paper for our wall art prints, with an option for semi-gloss if you prefer (contact us if so). This high-quality paper ensures vibrant colors and sharp details, making your animal friends come to life on your walls.

Both our posters and framed art are printed on white, premium matte paper that has a natural, smooth uncoated finish that feels luxurious to the touch.

The paper is 200 gsm/ 80 lb paper weight, which makes it durable and long-lasting. The paper is also FSC-certified.

3. OK, that sounds good, what about Canvas though?

I'm glad you asked! Our canvas substrate is made of a coated blend of cotton and polyester fabric. It has an enhanced texture and timeless beauty that creates a truly immersive art experience. This provides a weight of approximately 110-130lb cover and a thickness of 350-400 microns, giving you a sturdy and durable canvas print.

Our canvas print is available in two thicknesses - slim and thick - to match your preference. The slim canvas has an approximately 0.8" (2 - 3 cm) thick wood stretcher bar, while the thick canvas has an approximately 1.6" (4cm) thick wood stretcher bar.

Both variants come with hanging hardware included for easy installation.

4. Are your products environmentally friendly?

Absolutely! We care about our planet just as much as we care about our furry friends. That's why our prints, and all our wooden frames, are made with FSC certified paper and wood. This means that the paper used in our products comes from responsibly managed forests, ensuring sustainability and environmental protection.

5. How do you ensure safe delivery of the prints?

We understand the importance of your colorful animal wall art arriving in perfect condition. That's why we take extra care in packaging and shipping. Our prints are carefully rolled and placed in sturdy shipping tubes to protect them during transit. So, rest assured, your prints will reach you in pristine condition. Note that smaller prints at A4 size may be shipped in flat packets.

6. How long will it take for delivery?

We strive to get your order processed and ready for shipping as quickly as possible. We typically process all orders within 2 business days, with shipping then taking 1 - 5 days depending on your location.

Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order is processed, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with all the details.

Please keep in mind that shipping delays may occur that are out of our control. If you're looking for a more speedy delivery, please contact us before placing your order .

7. Can I track my order?

Of course! We want you to be able to keep an eye on your colorful animal wall art as it makes its way to you.

Once your order is shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number and the courier we have shipped your new wall art with.

Simply enter the tracking number on the courier website, and you'll be able to see the progress of your delivery.

8. Do you offer international shipping?

Absolutely! We offer free global shipping, so no matter where you are in the world, you can bring a touch of color and charm to your walls with our animal wall art prints.

9. Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us via email or chat as soon as possible.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to make any changes.

10. Do you take custom requests?

We do! We love creating bespoke art that captures the beauty and character of beloved furry friends. Just get in touch and we can discuss your requirements. 

11. What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase? How do I return?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your colorful animal wall art, please reach out to us either via email, or chat, within 30 days of receiving your order.

We'll work with you to find a solution, whether it's a replacement, refund, or exchange.
