If you are not satisfied with your order you can return it to us for a refund within 30 days after the delivery date.

Return postage costs for change of mind; please note you will need to provide return postage at your cost unless the item is damaged or lost.

How do I return?
To start a return please contact us via email (hello@canvasitycrafts.com), chat, or our contact form. In some cases we may be able to refund you without the need to return. If a return is required, please ensure the product is safely packaged and in its original condition, and returned to us via a tracked postage method.

What happens when I return? 
We will assess the item to ensure it is in its original condition. Refunds are processed within 1 business day of receiving a return. It make take 3 - 10 days for your bank to process the refund into your account following this - this depends on your bank.

Are there any return charges?
The buyer must pay for the return postage.
There are no other charges (e.g. no restocking fee)

Our canvas substrate is made of a coated blend of cotton and polyester fabric. It has an enhanced texture and timeless beauty that creates a truly immersive art experience. This provides a weight of approximately 110-130lb cover and a thickness of 350-400 microns, giving you a sturdy and durable canvas print. We stretch our canvas over either a a 0.8" (2 - 3 cm) thick wood stretcher bar ("slim") or a 4cm / 2" from FSC certified wood, and include hanging hardware included for easy installation.

Our framed and unframed prints are printed on high-quality paper. The paper is premium matte, providing a natural, smooth uncoated finish that feels luxurious. With a paper weight of 200 gsm/80 lb, it's durable and long-lasting. The paper is also FSC-certified, contributing to a better planet. If you choose a framed option we will carefully place your print inside our 20mm thick and 12mm frame behind shatterproof, transparent plexiglass to protect it from damage, and install hanging hardware so it's ready to hang.
