How do I return?
To start a return please contact us via email (hello@canvasitycrafts.com), chat, or our contact form. In some cases we may be able to refund you without the need to return. If a return is required, please ensure the product is safely packaged and in its original condition, and returned to us via a tracked postage method.

What happens when I return? 
We will assess the item to ensure it is in its original condition. Refunds are processed within 1 business day of receiving a return. It make take 3 - 10 days for your bank to process the refund into your account following this - this depends on your bank.

Are there any return charges?
The buyer must pay for the return postage.
There are no other charges (e.g. no restocking fee)

🌅 Our canvas is a coated blend of cotton and polyester fabric with a beautiful texture, approximately 350-400 microns thick
🌅 Canvas is stretched over a slim 0.75" (2 cm) or thick 1.5" (4cm) FSC certified wood stretcher bar. Hanging hardware comes attached as standard
